Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. That is the whole of what you hand us directly. If you write to [email protected] instead, your email address and whatever you put in the message arrive the same way.
We may also collect standard technical information generated by your visit, such as browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and pages viewed. This is the routine record any web server keeps. It is not linked to your name, and it does not tell us who you are.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is used to respond to your message and to verify factual corrections you report. If you tell us that a page about vitamins and minerals for men gets an ingredient name or a serving detail wrong, your message is how we trace and fix it.
Technical information is used to keep the site working, understand which pages are read, and detect abuse. Knowing that a guide about energy and endurance formulas is read more than a comparison page, for example, tells us where to spend editing time. None of that requires knowing who the reader is.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to load and remember basic choices; others help us understand which pages visitors actually read. Details on the categories used and how to control them are set out in our cookie policy.

Legal basis and consent
We process contact form data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though this may limit our ability to respond to your message.
If you would rather not send anything at all, that is a valid choice too. Most of what this site publishes about popular products for men, buying criteria and label reading can be used without contacting us once.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that host the site or deliver email, strictly for those purposes. That means a hosting provider keeps the servers running and an email provider carries a message from your inbox to ours; neither is allowed to use your information for anything else.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law. If a lawful request arrives, we share only what the request actually covers and nothing beyond it.
Retention
Contact form messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If a correction to a page about men's vitamin formulas takes a while to verify, that thread stays open until the matter is closed — then it goes.
Technical logs are retained for a shorter period consistent with site operation. They are aggregate records, not a visitor history, and they roll off on their own schedule.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your record — the address you wrote from and roughly when you wrote is usually enough.
We answer requests to the email address we hold for you. If you ask us to delete a message, we remove it and any reply attached to it; nothing further is kept.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submitted data. Access to messages is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed.
Because this is a policy page rather than a newsletter, we do not send notifications when the wording is revised. Bookmark this page if you want to check it again later.
